I came 32nd in the women’s division at the CrossFit NSW/ACT Sectionals.
I didn’t scale the workouts, but the weight and the work were within my capacity: this wasn’t why I got two DNFs on Sunday.

ITB Pain and Trigger Point Treatment

I’m a big fan of the Trigger Point system, and recently they posted a great video one how to treat ITB syndrome (IT Band, or iliotibial band).  It’s definitely something I deal with regularly, and definitely recommend the trigger point system for treatment.
